Love going here but I ordered soup chip and toasted sandwich and everything came out together I would of payed the extra to have them separate to have everything hot because while I ate my soup my chips and sandwiches went cold and the opposite would of happened if I ate them first. But food was lovely kids enjoyed there's course for kids but check on the bill before paying as this didn't come off my bill automatical... View all feedback.

Very friendly staff who provide solid service. It's budget price, family friendly with a pool as as a strong selling point. Food was quite good in terms of choice and quality while probably overpriced in some instances. It's being let down by bad physical maintenance in many cases. What a stunning , well decorated and well kept hotel. We had a lovely stay. Clean room. Early check in. The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was tasty. When some items ran out, and I asked if they had more granola and yogurt, they made one up for me. The only little down side was the changing rooms in the spa were being done up so we had to go outside to a kinda porta cabin to get changed , which was chilly in winter coming out in your swimwear. But I appreciate that trade still needs to continue! The hotel is in walking distance to Midleton town, and a big Tesco which was great! All round great stay! Thank you!
Rooms are really cosy and warm, perfect for cold days The service here is amazing. Very friendly and helpful had small problem with something I was whiling to wait for the problem to be solved but they gave me a new room no extra charges hopefully Location is outstanding it's in the middle of Middleton they are amazing view and nice people All this makes me want to move here, but unfortunately, money is worth it highly recommended if u want a short holiday in a nice area

Our experience was amazing and lovely breakfast
We were a family of 24 staying overnight and attending the Christmas party. What a great night from start to finish. From the minute we arrived at check in the staff were so friendly and helpful. This is our 2nd Christmas staying here and we will definitely be back next year. A wonderful hotel with amazing staff. Thank you for making our weekend so memorable. All the rooms were beautiful too.
