Boathouse Eatery - Midland

We were taken care of not just by our server, but also by the incredible kitchen staff. I always enjoy visiting the Boathouse. The service is consistently excellent, and the food is delicious.

I visited this restaurant during the summer and brought some friends along to try the shortrib burger, which was still listed on their website at the time, but unfortunately, it was no longer on the menu. We ended up trying other burgers, which were decent but served lukewarm. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience, but I might consider giving it another chance if I'm in Midland again.

The food was served promptly and tasted great. However, the waitress didn’t check if we needed more water, which would have been nice. She also didn’t offer vegetables or ice cream for the kids, and we had to ask about the ice cream ourselves. Other than that, it was a good experience.

Had dinner there recently with friends and was very disappointed. I will first start with the area we enjoyed The waitress was great, fun going and no complaints on her service. Unfortunately the food was not equal. We ordered Calamari $19) and it was both a sad portion of tiny calamari and bits of Onions Value for the money i do not recommend. I have eaten many of Calamari and never paid that for what was received. Some of the meals received were good, but most were both very small steak was not true to is size indicated maybe 4 OZ and both the fries and veggies could have been larger given the price and size of the steak veggies and fries are low hanging fruit. We were there for dinner and there were some loud peeps at the bar which i don't have an issue with, but wasn't the best atmosphere for a sit down dinner. Just wanted to give my honest review. I won't likely return and try another spot. I see this has a great place for a drink in the summer but would pass on a place for a sit down dinner.

I booked a private dinner for a special retirement. Everything was executed perfectly. The food was great. The location and view is beautiful. Our server did an awesome job. Thanks for an awesome experience.
