What User doesn't like about Subway:
Good food. Day staff needs to turn down the ice table. Veggies visibly frozen.Need 2 staff working if you're going to do online orders. I stood waiting 20 minutes for her to take my order. After looking behind me and seeing the line-up, I felt bad that my order was the 3 subs for $24 after 4pm, so I rushed through my order, leaving with a sub that only had 1/2 of the Veggies I wanted and only mayo.... The rice bowl at this restaurant was excellent. I would give the food a rating of 5 out of 5.
Customer Service is terrible at this location. Came in to grab a sub and waited for 15 minutes just to get served. They are more concerned about the DoorDash and skip the dishes then they are with the customers waiting standing in front of them.
Breakfast was superb and staff is very Friendly and Very Trained..
