Whataburger - Midland

I've dined at Whataburger multiple times and was quite disappointed with this experience. The food was cold, and my Dr. Pepper wasn't up to par. It just didn't measure up to the quality I've enjoyed in the past.

This restaurant used to be a fantastic spot for a quick, satisfying meal, but now it’s really disappointing. Most of the staff seem to be young and more focused on their phones than on serving customers. The wait times at the drive-thru are absurd, and the quality of the food is declining rapidly.

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a Whataburger. The service was terrible. I've visited Whataburger locations throughout Texas and even in Louisiana, but I've never encountered service this bad. The manager seemed indifferent to how her employees treated customers. She appeared disinterested and made it clear that she was not pleased to be informed about her staff's incompetence in doing their jobs. It's unacceptable.

I go to this one at least 3/4 times a week due to convenientas but as of lately it's been a slow an d painful process getting food and there's plenty of employees but nobody knows what's going on or something? Wrong orders , old or not so fresh food andwaiting forever is just a few things that will make you want to try another location next time.

Everything was good at Whataburger the food was delicious as usual. The one exception was we asked for a white chocolate raspberry shake and received what seemed to us to be a strawberry shake. The cashier seemed a little confused at first when Itold them we'd be placing your order to go. For some reason when we submit the surveys to the cashier with the codes on themthey always look confused like they don't know how to do it. I wonder why? All in all though it was good the restaurant wasclean and people were friendly. I wish that the younger people working at Whataburger would understand that a malt is not just ashake. Please know Whataburger that you need to add more flavoring for it to be a malt not just extra chocolate. Please work onthat. Thank you Whataburger this location has done a great job just refine the little bumps in the road here.
