Volcano Sushi And Asian Fusion

Excellent fresh sushi. Was very surprised and will often go back!! Had the yellow **** sashimi and it was SO fresh and big fish dumps. I had to order it twice! I have some other roles and they were very tasty. Sake was on the spot. Very smooth. Will definitely be back!! Happy to find a real sushi place in West TX.

I've been a customer for a long time, I've never been a review vacationer. After many excursions with great experience I feel like I should share my opinions. I always get the general Tsao chicken, always crispy and a good balance of sweet and spicy that I always enjoy. I tried all the sushi and sashimi they have and the ones they offer on special menu that changes from week to week, toro or fat tuna belly is something that everyone needs to try or miss. I got my extremely austere friends to try different things, always fun and unforgettable! Overall, I am glad that such a facility is so far from the West! Would recommend!

The prices are ideal for the portion sizes! Sushi was delicious. There are tons of vegan and vegetarian options. Every single thing I ordered exceeded my expectations. This place is wonderful. 10/10 recommend! Our server was nice, punctual and helpful. Can't wait to come back

I'll be honest. I didn't expect too much when I arrived at this restaurant with friends. It's nothing special about the atmosphere, maybe clean and easy? My food was very good. I had the salmon hibachi and it was a nice part. The hot and sour soup was delicious. Spicy enough, but not overwhelming. Yum yum sauce made the rice. The service was friendly, though perhaps a little inexperienced, and the price was very affordable.

Came here for a casual date night with my hubby and so glad we did! This place is SO GOOD!!!! Sushi is so good, fresh, and nice size rolls. The atmosphere is perfect for someone who doesn't feel like getting all dressed up but wants to go somewhere for good sushi. Our waitress was amazing and so helpful too. I can't wait to go back!
