The restaurant was inconsistent. We enjoyed a good meal and the staff was friendly, but some details that are typically expected in a higher-end restaurant were lacking or needed to be requested multiple times. Despite this, we plan to give them another chance in the hopes that the experience will improve. View all feedback.
Decent Italian cuisine. Some flaws (the tea was extremely strong, likely powdered, and the Caesar Salad was lacking ingredients). The main dishes were tasty but a bit expensive. The atmosphere is pleasant and suitable for a date. The service was attentive and amiable. I would return if someone else was paying.

The food was excellent. We really enjoy Italian cuisine and this is one of our top choices in Midland. The ambiance was delightful. Our server was pleasant, although there was a significant wait between our appetizers and salads. I highly recommend this restaurant for a romantic evening!
Worth the Trip!. We live in Florida, so when we make the trip to Michigan to visit our sons, we always stop at Villa D'Alessandro's for lunch and/or dinner. Even though it is out of the way for us, it is worth the trip. Their Veal Piccata with spaghetti is the best in the USA.Wonderful atmosphere, service, wine, and food. I especially love the outside patio with all the plants and live grape vines. The owner grew up in Italy bringing with him original family recipes and the quality of the food reflects this.Looking forward to my next visit in November!
It. Great Wine, Great Food, Great People.. where else can you grab a handful of grapes while sitting outside enjoying the beautiful evenings???
