We had an issue with our order and Damaris Made it right. Mistake are going to happen, it's how they manage it after they do that counts. I really appreciated her profesionalism and will continue to get texas burger about once a week. First time to eat here. I ordered a hamburger with mayo, lettuce and onion only and wanted to dine in. When they called my number I went to pick up my order and it was in a to-go bag. I took my food and left. When I got to my hotel and opened up my burger it was nothing like I ordered. It had mustard with pickles and cheese. First to visit this restaurant and it will be the last. This was my first time trying Texas Burger, and it was a pretty good experience.
Certain employees are fantastic and friendly, while others can be rude and inconsiderate. It would be wonderful if the experience were consistently excellent.

I really enjoyed their hamburgers, but I've noticed the prices have increased.
