Rosa's Café Tortilla Factory - Midland

The food isn't terrible, but it's definitely on the simpler side, which is understandable for a fast-food Mexican restaurant. My personal favorite is the beef fajita nachos, but be sure to ask for extra meat since their portions are modest. This applies to their fajitas as well, whether you choose beef or chicken—the amount of meat could definitely be improved. Another point to note is that prior to their recent price increases, the menu was already on the expensive side for fast food. But I suppose that's to be expected from a Bobby Cox establishment. On the positive side, their cleanliness is impressive, and I must say the decor is quite nice as well. Overall, if you're looking for a quick bite, this place fits the bill.

The food was quite disappointing. The tacos fell apart, the rice was dry and hard, and the tortillas were not great either. The chips were stale, like the tostadas, and the gallon of tea tasted off. This restaurant seems to be getting worse by the week.

Usually you have a good experience here today. Ordered food in the ride and went to the pick-up window and noticed a bag that seemed to drop my order on the floor. I thought he'd fix it and replace the things that fell. To my surprise I opened the bag and salsa and cheese everywhere. Try to call the restaurant and was sent to voice mail. Back and the manager was helpful to replace the food.

My wife ordered a taco plate tacos were meat salad - no tomatoes, nor cheese. I opened my beef fajitas afteros up to only 3 small pieces of fajita meat. Fast service is nice, but if you? re going so fast that you can?t get the order directly, then you have to slow down and pay better attention, and stop tearing people out. At the price of the plates they were not worth it! Goodbye!

A couple of weeks ago I told my friend about this GREAT WFPB meal I put together at Rosa's. I got it to go and took a picture of it in a container box. She was so impressed that we went there Wed. and ordered it as a plate to go which had larger portions. She was won over! She's been telling her family and friends about it. I recommend this meal for not only WHOLE FOOD, PLANT BASE Meal lovers, but anyone who can appreciate a very economical, fresh, delicious NO MEAT meal. Ask for a TO GO plate (dinner) with black beans (or refried beans), rice, lettuce tomatoes salad, scoop(s) of guacamole. Thy charge by each item.. If you want to crunch, order a small bag of chips with salsa. What a great meal! Tell them Ramona sent you.
