Bad employe want to argue not let you get your order right I had bad experience I paid my money and talk to real bad I didn't come to argue just get some food for my family. Should nobody be talk like that. I am going to talk to my lawyer about how i was treated. How they refuse give me a refund.

Location, Location, Location makes the difference whether a customer food is prepared correctly and whether the food is appealing to both the eyes and pallet. One of the beef patties in my sandwich looked like someone had taken a bite out of it; and there was too much mayonnaise on my sandwich. I suggest the restaurant stop adding mayonnaise to sandwiches and simply add individual packets to the orders.

I waited 30 minutes for a medium frosty only to receive a small one. Then had to wait an additional 20 minutes to get the correct size. My food was cold bye the time I left

Order number 3093 spicy chicken no tomatoes add ketchup took away the mayo and kept the tomato and the triple big bacon had no bacon whatsoever and was a the wrong sandwich just gave me a Dave's triple nothing changed

I visited the Midfield location, cashier took my order, I sat down for about 10 minutes before I called back to the counter, she informed me that they only had one of the four menu items that I had ordered,I at that point asked for a refund, I was told Icould not get a refund, I had just paid in cash but they couldn't give me a refund,even though it was their fault I wanted arefund, because they had nothing else I wanted, at this point I feel that I was being forced to purchase something that I didn'twant, bad service, and I was informed that they were a part of the management team, remember, I wasn't told at the counter bythe manager who took my order that they were out of these items, what is the job of management if it's not to make sure that thestore keeps the items prepared that's on the menu, sad I would be careful to visit the Midfield Al store
