Sweet Harmony Cafe Bakery - Middletown

What an awesome place I have a gluten allergie and I was able to order a gluten-free sandwich and dessert and when the owner found out I was gluten-free and that it was my birthday she gave me some free stuff including a cupcake that was so sweet of her !

Phenomenal food and service!! Everything is made from scratch. I got a steak egg and cheese breakfast sandwich and the steak they used was filet mignon! She said it's usually prime rib but they got a deal that day she can say this because they personally buy all of their ingredients fresh. Can't recommend this place enough!

This is my new favorite place to venture to! Such a cute little hangout spot and the atmosphere is very inviting! One of the cafe owners is SO friendly and greets every customer with a smile. She has even let me try a little sample of their homemade pastries on the house, she's the best!! She is also very helpful when trying to pick out a latte; since there's such a HUGE variety, there's no way you could go wrong because they are all amazing. I am a complete 100% Dunkin Donuts obsessor, and on my first trip to Sweet Harmony, a customer told me that once I try the coffee/lattes here I would never go back to Dunkin. He was right, the coffee from Dunkin doesn't even come close to how amazing Sweet Harmony's is. They're homemade muffins and cookies are also absolutely delicious, but most recently I've tried one of the egg sandwiches. The sandwich on their homemade croissant was incredible!! I would highly recommend anyone to check this place out, and I can't wait to go back!!

It's an easy five stars! Almost every thing here is homemade. Their breakfast crepes and sandwiches are tasty! I really enjoy the baked goods as well, especially the cookies (lemon frosted sugar ricotta, respectively) and the muffins which come in all kinds of crazy combinations and confections like banana chocolate chip, coffee cheesecake and s'mores. Their coffee drinks are delicious; try the pumpkin latte or the chai. The menu has a lot of variety and they do breakfast all day. The location is convenient, right on the same block as Main St. Market. There's also a very comfortable, unobtrusive atmosphere plus plenty of seating. And lastly, but not leastly, the staff are very affable which always makes my visits here quite a pleasure! Thanks guys!

Made me a birthday cake for 11 yr old son. Everyone loved it. Great taste and design. Highly recommend them for your next cake needs.
