Came here a number of times while staying in the area for business. This place is BUSY and for out of towners there is a lot that is assumed. I ordered a bagel with butter and scrambled eggs this morning. The bagel was burnt/charred all around. If it was busy I might have found this more understandable. However, it was a slow Thursday morning. A server walked by and looked at my plate as I was cutting the burnt edges off. She said nothing.
