Panera Bread - Middletown

I ordered the signature sandwich but it was barely Luke warm and had no greens/lettuce in it. When I rang I was told it doesn?t have greens in it. I said your photo shows it with greens. The only way to get satisfaction was to go back into store again. Ididn?t have time and thought I will do it online. That is impossible. Just taken in circles. I want my $13 back!

Never thought I?d leave a review for a Panera Bread, but I have to say this place is tops. The manager, Jim, is really nice and friendly as is the rest of the staff. Broccoli cheddar soup is life!!!!

I had ordered online but put the wrong time for pick up on it. I called the store and explained my mix up. The person on the other end, if I remember correctly, was named Calvin I apologize if it?s wrong) and he did a great job fixing my order! When Igot there the manager Jim greeted me and got me my order! He was very nice, and waited with me until it was ready. Verypersonable and friendly!! I will definitely be going back again in the future. I enjoy stopping in and getting my dinner after ahard day teaching!! Thanks guys! See you soon!

I enjoy coming here in am for the pastry and eggs sandwiches they have pizza soups sandwiches coffee smoothies and more they have sip club with is around 10 for drinks soda tea coffee unlimited the sips club is good if work on area and coffee isterrible. For most part people who work here are nice

Just love Panera! Their food is always spot on...had their Margherita Flatbread...I must say it was delicious! Nice and cheesey and the sauce is wonderful! Would certainly get it again! Also had their Strawberry Lemon Mint drink...it was nice andrefreshing!
