Order on the phone at 8:20am spoke to a woman. My husband drove to pick up our order at 9:10 a.m. was told that no order was placed l. I called the number back and was told the same and told to just reorder, while the staff on the phone spoke negatively about my husband and me, without calling on Hold I will never order again from there, this is not the first time it occurred without the order being fulfilled. I absolutely love JZ! Every time I visit, I feel like I'm part of a family. The staff is really friendly, especially the security guys—they're all great and fun to be around. I try to control my drinking, but I always end up having a bit too much and then dancing like crazy! I just adore this place. Food: 5/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 5/5.

For my meal, I opted for takeout for dinner, and the average cost per person is around $20–30. As for the ratings: - Food: 3/5 - Service: 3/5 - Atmosphere: 3/5 I would recommend trying the Fried Chicken Wings, Empanadas, and Steak.
The food is great but the service has and will probably always be horrible. It’s disappointing because I always want to come here and every single time the service is beyond horrible. They’re very slow and even getting a check takes 20 mins. Didn’t even get hookah this last time because I didn’t want to stay any longer. I go during non busy hours and this time there were a total of 6 people in the building and still horrible service. I’m glad they add their own gratuity Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
