Desperate need of management.I was told to pick up in twenty minutes and went in at the time I was told. I stood there for atleast 5 min and eventually someone asked me if I was picking up. I said my name and everyone was confused and they had to just start my order because the ticket got lost. Then my sandwhich came out to $19.25 which is crazy high. I paid with a 20 and the cashier told me they were out of quarters. Terrible service, they need someone to manage. Get your stuff together Jersey Mikes that was a pathetic experience.
I don’t understand why a 6 inch sandwich is this expensive.
I ordered online, pickup was 15 minutes later than my posted time. 15 minutes is an unacceptable amount of error. Especially during my lunch for work. Service unhelpful at best. I will not patronize this location again if this is the level of service I can
This location is always so nice and welcoming. Even when training new people. Love them.
The food is always really tasty but my only issue is every time i go inside to order theres a short girl that works the register and sometimes sandwiches back and forth that always makes rude faces when people walk in and she does it to me especially. She worked today 11/28/23 on the register and when i was in line waiting she looked over to one of the male co workers and they both eyed me and made a funny face as if they was mad that i came in and like they was gonna talk slick about me or had a problem. The crazy part is how they do it right in front of people and its very unprofessional. This is like the 4th time she has done this to me and i tried to ignore it all before. This needs to be addressed to her and everyone because the next time it happens im not going to be nice about it and I will speak to upper management. I always come in being nothing but nice to each worker and I’m tired of this girl’s childish attitude for no reason if she doesnt want to be there then she needs to quit. Stop treating people disrespectful for no reason especially when they are being real friendly and just tryna order food and leave. People need to grow up.
