Fusion Bakery - Middletown

Fusion made a custom pumpkin shaped cake for my son's 1st birthday party (pumpkin theme). The cake was absolutely beautiful!! I was 100% pleased with the cake presentation, taste, and decorating. Very professional and creative staff with competitive pricing. I would HIGHLY recommend using Fusion if you are looking for a child's birthday cake with a custom decorating request.

New management brings a smile to any face! Such a delightful crew here! We found the same yummy bakery items, but with lots of new lunch items. My spinach salad was amazing and my son devoured a chicken pesto panini. Loved the way more local products/drinks are used now too. This place is turning into a warm and comfortable meetup spot to share a delicious bite. We ordered a birthday cake as well and the personalized service is outstanding! A big win for Middletown to have this rejuvinated eatery and bakery here! Definitely our new goto!

The decor may not be all that alluring, but the treats inside certainly are. The service was excellent and the owner is very knowledgeable and willing to expound on his business and its offerings. My girlfriend and I both had the carrot cake and a peanut butter brownie-like cake, and instantly thought it was one of the, if not THE, best we have ever had. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

This is probably my favorite bakery. Steve makes the most incredible croissants and pastries I can think of. The cheese Danishes are out of this world. Get a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant and you will want a second one they are so good. Thank you Steve for caring so much about what you make and how you make it.

I was the crazy lady who had no clue what to really order. I called a few times and each time who ever I talked to on the phone was really helpful. I have never used a baker before, I am happy with the out come of our order. Absolutely would recommend and use for further events. Thank you!!!!
