I made an online order. It was very busy and they forgot to make my drink so I did have to wait there for it but that’s no problem. The employees are very nice. The only complaint that I have is there. Ice cubes are very large I’ve never been to a Dunkin where they have ice cubes this big, so it took up most of the room in my medium cup, and I barely got any drink. View all feedback.

Employees were high, didn’t know anything I ordered but rang me out anyways, then they didn’t have anything they rang me out for, and didn’t know how to refund. I’m going home with 10$ less and nothing in my hands. View all feedback.
They were very polite and had great customer service. I was shocked that they were so polite. Now adays places are rude to customers. The dunking Donut, where I live in Wallkill on 211 they sometimes is rude.
Why is the door closed before 7:30 pm on a Saturday. When the website says 9pm?

I love Dunkin' Donuts. There's no comparison really to any place else.Vegetarian options: They always had meatless options for their breakfast sandwiches.Dietary restrictions: If you're allergic to anything there either more than happy to accommodateParking: Plenty of parking space for everyone.Kid-friendliness: There are more happy to say hello to my child than anythingWheelchair accessibility: The bathrooms are handicap accessible, and so are the entrances.
