Let's begin with the iced coffee which was made incorrectly and had no straw. The buttered bagel I ordered had no butter and wasn't even cut. To top it off, they forgot an entire box of donuts. Making coffee, buttering a bagel, and counting out 25 munchkins must be rocket science at this place. This is hands down the worst place to order from. I would have gone to the other Dunkin if I could. They definitely deserve a 0 star rating.
The bagel was drenched in butter, which was disgusting, but the coffee was made perfectly.
This was a tough call. Walking in after a long day at work, and listening to employees loudly complain about their manager and the owner for a few minutes, I was ready to leave. I wanted to get some coffees for me and my crew. About $80+ worth. It wasn’t busy. No customers were inside except me at the register. Everyone was at the drive thru window. When they finally noticed me with cash in my hand, they sent a junior level employee walk around the back to assist me. I wished them luck, turned to leave and drove to the one in Montgomery. They were polite over there. Everyone has bad days, but you can’t take it out on a return customer with money by ignoring them. I noticed they are hiring and the pay is below the poverty level. I get it. I worked in the food industry for years when I was younger. You cut your teeth in hospitality. You don’t let the customer see you get angry or sweat. It’s a tough business. I gave this store 5 stars, because would you have read this if I gave it 1 star?
Walked in cause I wanted to see the menu without holding anyone up. I was helped by a Young Lady who was patient and courteous. She went above and beyond to say the least,,, so I put my order in and she put my order together quickly and I didn't feel rushed at all. She used all the tools needed to be sanitary and abide by covid rules and restrictions even though the mask mandate has been lifted. The store was clean, hand sanitizer all over the place for customers and employees, it was quite busy and all the workers knew there role and did it with due diligence. I was very much impressed, I will be visiting this DUNKIN DONUTS location again,,, Thank You Everyone from Management on down to Associate you all made my visit a pleasant one. Donuts were fresh, and fully stocked, the establishment was clean and sanitary, employees were courteous and helpful.. I have no complaints at all,, I highly recommend this location for all you Dunkin Donut needs and wants,,, nice job by all involved
