Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Middletown

Been here multiple times and never once received what I originally ordered.I don’t under stand how you get Oreos and chocolate chips mixed up or how chocolate and vanilla ice cream are so hard to tell apart or how my kid asks for sprinkles and it ends up on my husbands blizzard. Iv given this place multiple chances…. Not worth it

Fresh food! Never had an incorrect order and friendly service! Love the flamethrower burger!!

I stopped in and ordered double cheeseburger, fry, blizzard. Okay, food was satisfactory to good; other than for a $12.00 meal I would appreciate a tomato bigger than a quarter, my fry box at least more than half full, and more than 1 napkin. From a guy that eats out a lot more than I should, the little things are important and since it was the owner that served me, please do not use the “i don’t have the employee’s card”. Don’t cut cost please by lessening your quality of service.

Great place to grab an go an definitely worth the wait in the drive thru. Food is always fresh an hot. The blizzards are excellent, an the 2 for four pretzel sticks. Best experience I’ve have personally in Middletown’s fast food experience. I highly recommend going an I will continue to enjoy there wonderful service. Thank you Dairy Queen an your amazing staff. Keep up the delicious food. You absolutely outstanding. ???????????????????????

The people or as in clerks, are very respectful and generous with their customers and they'll go beyond for the customer satisfaction and also have cleanliness and polite but only thing I can say is I think the people can learn how to make are malts and shakes right all the time than sometimes it's to drinkable instead of being the shake or melt way but still good anyways but good be better but everything in store is nice roomy and easily accessible for all stuff in store to buy loll but thk u and have goodnight loll
