Capriotti's Sandwich Shop - Middletown

Bobbie was all stuffing and cranberry sauce and definitely not worth almost $9 for the 5 inch. The place looks really rundown and not the cleanest. Staff were okay, definitely not a welcoming place though. I'll stick with Casapullas. This location was a first and last for me. Waste of money.

I ordered on Google. It always seems to mess up orders. I ordered a small turkey and a small cheesesteak. Both no I onions. My husband doesn't like them and I have weird allergies. I reluctantly called because my cheesesteak had onions on it. I don't like to make a fuss. But I also spent $10 on a small cheesesteak I couldn't eat. I called back the manager said they can remake it.They were so nice and friendly and I really enjoyed my food. My husband says his sandwich was great too; it also had onions on it, but they were easy for him to pick off and he doesnt have allergies. We will be coming back. The staff seemed like a great bunch of kids. Keep up the good work I'm sure working on a Friday night isn't fun, so I appreciate all of them.

The place is lousy. Nothing close to the high standard expected of Capriotti’s. Will not go back.

For that price i shouldnt have to spell my name 4 times for someone. FOUR.
