I came for a late lunch. After ordering, my food took no time at all but they had obviously made new fries. The sandwich was perfect. I've grown accustomed to fast food condiments being haphazardly placed on burgers, but not on this brisket sandwich. The BBQ sauce was even and portioned. Came here on my lunch break yesterday. Worst decision ever. I spent nearly my entire lunch break, which is only 30 minutes, waiting in the drive thru line. Needless to say, I never got to eat lunch. View all feedback.
The milkshake was....offf. i trashed. Loved the customer service and all other food.
The worst service I believe I have ever had. I never leave reviews for things unless they’re positive but this was terrible.
The food was cold and the bread was stale. We have had much better experience at other Arby's restaurants.
The quality changes day to day. One day, I can customize my sandwich, and the next day, it's impossible! Maybe there should be adult managing, not young teenagers.
