I loved the coffee at your shop! Just a heads-up, there was a bit of an issue with melting snow getting in. Also, it took some time to receive our drinks, but it was okay. We stopped for a cup of coffee hot chocolate. The cashier was great but the lady making our beverages was obviously not happy before we even arrived. We received both beverages cold. We took them back and just wanted them warmed. She said she would remake them. She was less than friendly. Our second beverage was warm but not hot. Went specifically for decaf. Decaf not available. Ordered whole milk steamer instead. Was more like microwaved milk.
