Fuji Sushi Hibachi - Middleton

We were a group of four, including two 10-year-old kids who wanted to sit at the front. Despite arriving first, we ended up at a table behind the chef. We requested a different spot, but the host was unaccommodating. It’s disappointing to spend $40 on a meal and not get to sit where we wanted. The food was average and didn’t stand out. This will definitely be my last visit here.

It was displayed within an hour after closing. they were not able to sit on a hibachi table that is understandable. they were still in a position, a hibachi cooked dish only without tables at the hotplates. that was in order when you were late and the fact that the sushi and hibachi were fantastic! nothing to complain. the service was very good and the entire meal was even better.

Really good food! Rolls could be better but the chicken teriyaki bento box was amazing. Vegetable tempura with the sauce was the best!!! Food came out super fast and service was great. We ate here twice during our trip!

Hibachi restaurants are all about the show and sadly this afternoon lunch show was put on by a beginner. While we did get the butterfly we didn't even get the onion volcano. The food was ok for a hibachi but honestly I've had a lot better hibachi. They did seat 9 of us immediately when the other residents in the area would not seat us. The sushi was also ok but nothing to write home about.

This was not a bad joint at all. I sat at the sushi bar, right next to the cocktail bar. The server was pretty much nonexistent and I had to go direct to the bartender for a drink but that’s ok. The sushi chefs were also taking my orders directly so maybe I got a bad server. Either way they did a great job with the rolls and I was happy that they were fresh. Great work on the plate too!
