What Brendan Mac doesn't like about Dunkin':
Absolutely ridiculous I was in the drive threw 25 minutes BEFORE I got to the speaker. Then ordered and waited another FIFTEEN MINUTES. 40 minutes for 2 coffees that were watered down and a muffin come on guys be better if you can’t handle it don’t work at this location. Extremely disappointed View all feedback.

I’m not sure how this place is getting 5 stars the service is horrible the wait is absolutely unacceptable. Go inside to order they ignore you and proceed with the drive thru. Got a frozen Boston cream ice cold disgusting
I went through the drive thru on my way to work this afternoon, it was my first and last time going to this location tbh. I ordered a sandwich and a coffee. My bagel was so burned it was black and my coffee was so watery and gross! I could understand if they were busy, mistakes happen. But they weren't busy at all. I didn't go back because I was in a rush, but I'll never go to that dunks again. Waste of money
This is my go-to Dunkin. The staff is friendly, I usually never have to wait long. They always make my coffee perfectly.
If I could give ZERO stars I would, was there today, went in store to place order, there was a gentleman in there, not sure if it was an owner or who he was, but he did not have a mask on and was leaning against the area where the straws, napkins, etc.
