Dunkin' - Middlesex

Visited the store, grabbed one Boston Cream Donut and came out. Everything was super simple, no heavy crowds and staff are quick.Parking: Ample parking available. If not available park into beside shopping center parking lot.

This Dunkin is hands down the best one I’ve been to. Staff is amazing and quick. My drinks are always made to perfection.

I had a concern about my drink and relayed my question through the Dunkin app. The owner Jay personally reached out to me to address the concern and offer a solution. Great customer service! You can tell they really care. Thank you!

I went to the drive-through on 10-11-23 11:56 a.m. I ordered a xl hot tea and a blueberry muffin. When I got home and took it out of the bag 40% of the top of the muffin was missing. It looks like someone cut off a piece or possibly bit it and then put in my to go bag. Disgusting! I will NEVER be back to this DD.

They forever get my order wrong or send me whatever donuts they want or have available. It would be nice if they would stop posting donuts that are no longer available online via the menu. This is deceiving and frustrating. This happens every time, so its become an ongoing issue.
