Everything I've tried there has been outstanding. I can't wait to return!

I order... read more I dined at Carpaccio last Saturday and was extremely disappointed with the food. I had high hopes for what I thought would be authentic Italian cuisine. I ordered the black red snapper, and it was so bad that it brought back some unpleasant memories. I even took the leftovers home, hoping it would taste better the next day, but it didn’t. To make matters worse, there were fish scales still on the snapper. Yes, actual scales! How gross is that? My husband was also let down by his chicken parm. Honestly, how do you mess up chicken parm? This is the first time I’ve felt the need to write a restaurant review, but I felt it was necessary in this case. I can't believe I wasted $68.87 here—it would have been better to just toss the money in the trash. The food at Carpaccio is just terrible. I would recommend avoiding it altogether. It’s really disappointing to encounter something like this at a restaurant!
