Had only one meal at the copper stone and had to say it was also the decor is beautiful. we have booked a table on the day for 6.30, but the restaurant staff wa... read more Had only one meal at the copper stone and had to say it was also the decor is beautiful. we have booked a table on the day for 6.30, but the restaurant staff was completely in order. of a beautiful waitress that could not have been attentive anymore, even suggestions with what was beautiful and offer alternatives if I did not like certain sauces. my own and my partner had a sharing plate for our starter, both had a main and a few drinks. Spoke to the owner after our meal, which was nice, we would return 1000%!

However walked in the door and it must have been 5 minutes before any staff member noticed we were standing there. Then forgot to bring over our salt and pepper chips and my dessert. So room for improvement service-wise but the food tasted fantastic especially at 3 courses for £20.

We decided to call Copperstone last minute to see if they could accommodate 4 of us. I explained that it was a small, informal gathering and they assured us it was not a problem. From the moment we arrived, Joe made us feel welcome and at ease. The service was exceptional and we were impressed by the delicious Thai food from the menu. The spring rolls and chicken penang were particularly tasty and authentic. Joe even went above and beyond to create a special cocktail for us, which we enjoyed guessing the ingredients of. We felt special and valued at Copperstone, which was just what we needed after being let down by another restaurant. We will definitely be returning for the amazing food, atmosphere, and service.
