I will not be ordering from Dixy Chicken again! The fries were undercooked, limp, and oily. The fried chicken had a soggy, undercooked coating, with the chicken flesh appearing just cooked, greasy, and tasting of stale cooking oil. The cheesy garlic bread was doughy and undercooked, with a substitute cheese used. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
The food at this restaurant is so delicious that it helps me sleep better at night. It is truly the best in the world and nothing else can compare. The price of £2.99 for 2 mini burgers and chips is fantastic and makes me incredibly happy.
I ordered food to go from this restaurant and was horrified to discover a long greasy hair in my meal when I got home. I called to complain and they apologized, saying they would send a new meal. However, they refused to replace the entire order, insisting that only the hair-infested dish would be replaced, not the accompanying chips. After insisting on a full replacement, they agreed to deliver it to my house. But then, the manager called back and asked me to keep the contaminated meal, indirectly accusing me of lying. I sarcastically offered to retrieve it from the trash for them. It's clear that this restaurant lacks proper hygiene practices and does not trust their customers. Their lack of customer service has ensured that I will not be ordering from them again. It's their loss.
This place is not sticking to Covid restrictions. Letting 4 people in today with out masks on . And also went in monday at 13 people waiting in side all crammed together . If tou want covid this is the place to be ! Great food though
