Cluckys Fried Chicken - Middlesbrough

I enjoyed some delicious halal food in the city. I tried the Supreme Burger, which was definitely worth the price, along with some hot wings. Everything was great, and I highly recommend it for a reasonable cost!

Absolutely abysmal service. Little thieves. Spent £21+ waited over two hours and no order received. Rang up the man on the phone was very aggressive and rude saying my address has been blocked and I won’t be getting any of the food or money back all because last time I ordered they sent the wrong wrap and the guy on the phone said submit a refund request on just eat so we did and I got a mere £5 refund for the £21+ they have proceeded to steal. We tried to explain the situation but he was having none of it kept shouting over the top of us hung up on us twice and refused to let us speak to the boss. Very dodgy and disgusting behaviour. The food wasn’t even that nice it’s gone proper downhill. Dirty scummy men

Chicken is too salty. one bite salty and other like normal, not cooked well. Disgusting behaviour and the person who served was greedy. Not accept card payment and not giving customers the change back so as they expecting to make profit from it.They don't know how to bahave to a customer.The guy saying they serve the best chicken in Middlesbrough. *poor service *Disgusting food *Rude behaviour *selfish Completely waste of money.

The pizza here is amazing and incredibly affordable. I absolutely loved it!

I was overwhelmingly disappointed. The chicken fillets and chicken burger tasted like they had been cooked hours earlier; they were incredibly dry. The slice of cheese on top was rubbery, and the fries needed to be recooked before being sent out for delivery. Just one bite of everything was enough – I wouldn't even feed it to the birds.
