Rang up the man on the phone was very aggressive and rude saying my address has been blocked and I won’t be getting any of the food or money back all because last time I ordered they sent the wrong wrap and the guy on the phone said submit a refund request on just eat so we did and I got a mere £5 refund for the £21+ they have proceeded to steal. We tried to explain the situation but he was having none of it kept shouting over the top of us hung up on us twice and refused to let us speak to the boss. Very dodgy and disgusting behaviour. The food wasn’t even that nice it’s gone proper downhill. Dirty scummy men
