Was EmmieLouH at Cafe Mima a mag?
Gorgeous quiche and salads on offer in this predominately vegetarian restaurant. Very tasty but certainly not light on calories with delicious pastry and lots of olive oil! Light and bright with a lovely atmosphere a nice place to sit and exchange ideas. View all feedback.
What Elliott Khan dislikes about Cafe Mima:
I went around the MIMA gallery to kill time in Middlesbrough. After the viewing I went to the on-site cafe. The cafe is clean, smart, chic and modern. The staff were polite and helpful. I did not look at the menu but I ordered a...coffee and a piece of chocolate cake which was on the serving counter. The cake and coffee arrived promptly. I was the only one in the place. They were both very nice. I sat at a window sea... View all feedback.

We visited a fast coffee and cake late afternoon. the staff was helpful and efficient. in the late afternoon there was a limited choice, but what was in the offer was delicious. they have opened an outdoor area in the community garden where they can sit and enjoy their eating. very nice in the sunshine and an interesting garden. we will return.
Not typical Sunday dinner place. predominant vegetarian menu. but Sunday dinner was excellent! personal and eating very good quality. want to return to taste healthy eating
Visited for a place of lunch weekday, nice atmosphere and helpful staff like to ask for. I had the quiche and a selection of salads that was delicious! my only complicate would be the drinks, they were quite expensive 4 for a juice and the...tea arrived, leaving a lot in a cup with a floating tee bag to the imagination hot water. perhaps the investment in a teekanne would be a good idea and much more attractive to customers! I would definitely return on the basis of food, only!
Beautiful quiche and salate in the predominant vegetarian restaurant. very delicious, but certainly not on calorie with delicious pastries and lots of olive oil! light and bright with a beautiful atmosphere a beautiful place to sit and exchange ideas.
Had lunch in MIMA cafe with a colleague, we ordered sandwiches and hot cold drinks which arrived promptly. The selection of good quality food was great and the sourdough seeded bread on the sandwich was absolutely delicious! The menu is slightly expensive however you...do pay for the quality, will most definitely be returning and will recommend to others.

I tried this restaurant for the first time today and I cannot wait to return. I ordered the soup of the day, butternut squash and red pepper, and it was absolutely delicious. The flavor was amazing and the portion size was very generous. The gluten-free cake had a sandy and unpleasant texture, so I wasn't a big fan of that, but I would happily eat the soup every day. I am already craving it again. The staff was friendly as well. I will definitely be back.
We stopped by in the late afternoon for a quick coffee and cake. The staff was friendly and efficient. While there were not many options available at that time, the food we tried was delicious. They have recently opened an outdoor seating area in the community garden, which is a lovely spot to relax and enjoy your meal. The garden is quite charming and it was very pleasant to sit in the sunshine. We definitely plan on coming back again.
This is not your typical Sunday lunch spot with a mainly vegetarian menu, but I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent food and friendly staff. I would definitely come back to try out more of their healthy options.
Visited for a spot of lunch weekday, nice atmosphere and helpful staff happy to accommodate requests. I had the quiche and a selection of salads which was delicious! My only complaint would be the drinks, they were quite expensive £4 for a juice? and the tea arrived which left a LOT to the imagination hot water in a mug with a floating teabag. Perhaps investing in a teapot would be a good idea and much more appealing for customers! I’d definitely return based on the food, only!
