We wasted money aga... read more The food here has the potential to be great, but this location frequently leaves dishes sitting in warmers until they become too dry to eat. We wasted money again today with chicken that was overcooked and inedible. When it’s fresh, the food is enjoyable, but freshness has become more of an exception than the rule. We won't be returning anytime soon.

I ordered the 8-piece family meal through the drive-thru, and I had to wait at least 10 minutes just to place my order. During that time, I saw five cars pull o... read more I ordered the 8-piece family meal through the drive-thru, and I had to wait at least 10 minutes just to place my order. During that time, I saw five cars pull out of line. When I got home, I was shocked by the condition of the chicken—it was dark brown with some blackened spots (please see the photo). The cookies were so hard that they could double as wheel chocks. My two big sides were fine, but they were served in a single portion container, which wasn't even enough for a serving of potatoes. Overall, this was the worst family meal I've ever spent $23.35 on. If you're ordering through the drive-thru, be sure to check your meal before leaving. Colonel Sanders would be rolling in his grave if he saw meals like this leaving his establishment. Good luck with your order!
