They sat dow... read more I waited in the lobby for my food, and I couldn't help but notice that a group who ordered five minutes after me received their meals before I did. They sat down and waited for another 13 minutes while I continued to wait for mine. To add insult to injury, someone who ordered after me also got their food and left before I was served. I'm really disappointed with this experience; I've worked in the food industry before and always made it a priority to treat customers with greater care.

Additionally, the woman who served us kept my debit card. I had to get her attention and ask for it after she handed us the food and closed the drive-thru window. It felt like she intended to keep it.
