There are not a lot of dining options in Middlesboro but Cracker Barrel is a good solid choice. They have the standard Cracker Barrel food at good prices and with good service. Get on their wait list online. View all feedback.
What John G doesn't like about Cafe 606:
There was nobody at the hostess stand. An employee walked by but said she wasn't the hostess. Hostess showed up and seated us but nobody came to wait on us. After about 5 minutes we walked out as the waitress was busy bussing tables and not taking orders. We saw other diners sitting around waiting. Also saw a manager just standing around instead of helping out. If you don't have enough staff you should close. View all feedback.
The Sunday Chicken dinner is so good and there is a lot. There are two breasts so we usually eat one and take the other to go. Pinto beans are also some of the best restaurant beans available anywhere.
Ask for Emma for your server she was amazing she took care us last night cause we got in so late thanks
