I sent my daughter to pick up my order at the restaurant. I requested the California fish sandwich. Unfortunately, the manager, Janice, seemed to be unfamiliar with how to prepare the sandwiches. I was disappointed to see that there were no condiments or any sides included, and she even had to ask my daughter about the vegetable toppings I wanted. I ordered a tuna melt and a Baja chicken melt, but there was no roasting or sauce on either of them. My other sandwiches also lacked roasting and sauces, even though I specified. I wish I could give you a zero rating, but since that's not possible, I'll have to give you a one. View all feedback.
