I sent my daughter to pick up my order at the restaurant. I requested the California fish sandwich. Unfortunately, the manager, Janice, seemed to be unfamiliar with how to prepare the sandwiches. I was disappointed to see that there were no condiments or any sides included, and she even had to ask my daughter about the vegetable toppings I wanted. What User doesn't like about Subway:
I ordered a tuna melt and a Baja chicken melt, but there was no roasting or sauce on either of them. My other sandwiches also lacked roasting and sauces, even though I specified. I wish I could give you a zero rating, but since that's not possible, I'll have to give you a one. View all feedback.
Placed an order online and they completely screwed up my order. Ordered a steak n cheese with no veggies extra mayo and wanted it toasted. Came with lettuce on it which I never ordered. It had so little steak it was embarrassing and it wasnt toasted. Another sub had no mayo. Last time i ordered online i didnt get the cookies i ordered. I'll go to the other subway in middlefield next time.
Ordered from there three times, and all three times the orders were completely wrong. My one sub only had chicken, ranch and lettuce on it. I’m livid the staff cannot take orders correctly.
I like subway, I really do. Just not THIS subway. The employees are nice but are always changing and the lack of training shows. This subway is always out of something.......once even bread,except for a couple of plain foot longs. Tonight took the prize. Out of limited time sub......no substitution offered. Ordered chicken Caesar wrap. They make and at the end hold up itailian dressing, ask if it's Caesar and then say we're out of Caesar I can't blame the obviously new untrained person. Management needs to step up. I have a big family and I work a lot. I like the idea that if I can't make it home on time to make dinner, I can multi task and shop at Wal-Mart then pick up the least offensive fast food in town. I think I'll stick with the subway near work
Says it opens at 0800 am..10 am still not open. Out of everything when it did open. Could be a money making subway, but ...its not. Poor managment for sure.
The people who work there are rude and like to sit around doing nothing or always taking smoke breaks leaving the others there to take up the slack, plus they are always out of everything because they don't know how to order enough
