The staff is outstanding, and the food is consistently fantastic. If you're planning to visit on a Friday or Saturday, it's best to make reservations, especially when college classes are in session, as this place is a favorite among students, and without a reservation, you might have to wait up to 45 minutes. Mr. Ups has been in Midd for ages. We love it there beautiful deck with Otter Creek view, friendly service, great drinks. Recently we had fish and chips, which was excellent.

My friends and I always come here for the waffles—they're a must-have every time. The food is affordable and nothing too extravagant. On our last visit, we sat outside by the river, which was beautiful. The service was a bit slow, but that seems to be the case in many places these days with a shortage of staff.
