The same person has been working the drive-thru, and he struggles with English, which makes it difficult to communicate and ensures that orders are correct. Additionally, the side items are often barely filled, so don't be surprised if you open a container and find it only half full. UPDATE: I've adjusted my rating after having more positive experiences recently.
