Customer satis... read more After we paid, I approached the manager to let him know that he and his staff should treat customers with respect. Their behavior was quite rude. Customer satisfaction should always be a priority for any business, especially when customers are being polite in their requests. It doesn’t take much effort to provide good service. We will not be returning to this place, and I doubt it will last much longer.

They frequently seem to be short-sta... read more This Dunkin' is the nearest one to my house, and I often find myself waiting about 20 minutes in the drive-thru for coffee. They frequently seem to be short-staffed, and quite often the inside is closed, leaving only the drive-thru operational. Additionally, I witnessed an employee lick her finger after adding whipped cream to my drink, and then she continued to prepare my order. I had to request that my drink be remade as a result.

When attempting to pay with a credit card at the kiosk, it often feels like you're delaying everyone else as you navigate through the steps and search for your order. If you decide to pay with cash at the register, be prepared for a challenge since it's typically unattended, with staff busy dealing with drive-thru and kiosk orders. The drive-thru line also adds to the congestion, making it difficult to get to the parking at the back. It was obvious that the staff weren't very happy and appeared irritated by the way the service was organized.

This was an hour and a half before closing time. To verify this, I called another Dunkin' and found out that it only takes 10 minutes to clean their oven, from cool down to final clean. It became clear to me that I was misled. The staff here is quite poor, and the management is even worse.

I overheard that she had her phone either in her pocket or was using it, and she explained to him that she needed it close because of her child. Despite her explanation, the manager continued to raise his voice at her right in front of me. Regardless of the situation, this behavior was unacceptable. As a manager, one should always maintain professionalism. I felt really bad for the girl who was being reprimanded.
