I waited a long time for service an... read more I've hesitated to write this review for a while, but after my most recent experience, I feel compelled to share my thoughts. I waited a long time for service and eventually had to ask the hostess for a glass of water and some coffee. I also requested butter, which took quite a while to arrive. While I understand that the staff was working, some of them were engaged in conversations and completely overlooked me. This has occurred before, and I didn't mention it then, but this time I feel I need to express my concerns.

I've been a loyal customer for many years, but after this experience, I will not be returning.

The chicken salad on a croissant is my go to lunch.
