Royal Farms - Middle River

Usually a good stuff, but the young lady behind the chicken needs an adjustment, NO Chicken and with a crazy look on her face does not care to say that she has much to do, more importantly than chicken in a place that is proud that it is about chicken???

I live less than 1/4 miles from this business and I always had a pleasant experience. MOST staff are very friendly, starting and helpful, how people should work with the public. I'm at least 4 or 5 times a week in this business. From Monday (4/26/2021), this place went from open around the clock to close at 10 a.m. and opening at 5 a.m. A little disappointing in the first night when I moved in around 10:45 and recognized the drastic change of hours, but still understandable. If only the 4. Night is never to close at 10 o'clock They do not use the employees to lock their new found early nights and the doors 9:50. I have a sick child and was superfluous when I finally had the opportunity to grab him ingwer ale and Gatorade, just to be hit with lights, both entrances locked and a giddy employee smiled at me and literally swirled a keychain say, I'm sorry, Sweetie. We're closed. Totally unacceptable and has completely changed my opinion about this place. I came into my car, drove to Dollar General, standing in a line 3 people deep to buy my sick children drinks and still made it home before the Farm Store had closed. I rarely write reviews, but this whole experience has upset me. Before that evening I would have rated this place 5/5, and it may seem a little unfair or inappropriate to drop it to a 1/5, but I am a single mother who does the best I can do for my child and the experience tonight has completely turned off from Royal Farms. From now on I will drive out my way to avoid gas, snacks, coffee, lottery, cigarettes and whatever to Royal Farm Stores, sick child or not!!

Friendly staff of all RoFos in the area. Coffee bar is always well stocked and made to order food is made quickly.

No cigerets. Now I have to drive 10 min to the wawa. Very disappointed that they can't keep there shelf full. Its bin like this for about 2 weeks now. The morning staff is great. The company's fault not the staffs fault. I will miss talking to them in the morning.

The best rofo in the area. Very nice staff! Always stocked and have coffee ready!
