This is such a charming place for Sunday brunch. I really wished the weather had been nicer so we could have dined outside, but the interior was still quite adorable. The food was decent, though I wish their coffee had been better. I would definitely return to try items from the regular menu. View all feedback.
What Brad Dibbert doesn't like about Bowley's On The Bay:
If you are not white DO NOT go here to eat! First, they wanted to put us outside, then after being seated we had no service no water no drinks for over 20 mins.. food was cold and under cooked.. not to mention the fish and chips was more like 3 fish nuggets! Will never go back here! People who sat down after us got there food before us! And there were no other darker skin folks in the dinning area at all! It felt ver... View all feedback.
I decided to try something new for date night and ended up here for dinner. Upon arrival, parking was somewhat easy to find even though they were packed. We checked into the outdoor hostess stand. Due to the sun, we asked for shade and was advised there will be a 15 minute wait. I gave her my number in order for us to receive a text when our table was ready. Not sure how long we waited, but we did finally receive our notification and taken to our table. Was not totally happy
I went for Mother's Day lunch a day early, and it turned out to be a great idea. The place wasn't too crowded, and my mom really enjoyed it! We both had the crab cake, which was very tasty. My mom also ordered the sweet potato bacon hash, and it was really delicious with a generous portion. The asparagus was perfectly cooked—crisp and tasty. The guys all tried the burgers, and they loved them! We will definitely be returning to explore the outdoor beach bar area.

Located by the water just north of Baltimore, this restaurant is situated in a marina that has a fresh and vibrant atmosphere. There’s a large sandy beach patio outside, although it was too chilly to enjoy during my visit. I ordered the shrimp salad wrap with fries and requested some chipotle aioli on the side. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the wrap contained prawns instead of the usual small shrimp typically found in mayonnaise-based salads.
This place was pretty good for a cold spring day. The food was very good and the drinks were tasty. My issues were that my toast was cold and it didn't have any butter on it. I asked for butter and they just brought me cold butter that wouldn't spread. My other issue was that the window looking out to the bay was dirty and not pleasant to look through. Both are not a huge deal and I don't want to make it sound bad because it wasn't. My wife and I enjoyed our visit here
Highly recommend the Sunday brunch is amazing. Fresh farm to table seafood brunch. Everyone was delighted in our party. Hope to go back soon!
