Stopped for lunch and ordered tea and sandwiches. Sandwiches came toasted rather than the brown bread as ordered but were very nice. Made a thing about teapigs tea but I have to say not my favourite. All very pleasant. The ability to take credit cards...would be helpful. A nice place. View all feedback.
What Jacob Thomas doesn't like about Fika:
The coffee at this restaurant was fantastic and the two servers were pleasant. However, the scones I ordered were terribly dry. I would have been embarrassed to serve them myself, but there you have it. I still recommend visiting for the delicious coffee and picturesque surroundings. The cakes are likely better than the scones. Check it out. View all feedback.
The coffee was fabulous and the two ladies serving were pleasant. I had a terrible scone though so dry! I would have been embarrassed to serve it but there you go. I would recommend visiting for the coffee and quaint surroundings. Their cakes are...probably better than their scones. Give it a visit
I use this cafe regularly. The new people are beginning to settle in. There is a good selection of cakes, home-made scones and a snack menu. The atmosphere is good. Opening times are earlier and later than before. Worth a visit.

My wife and I had not visited this cafe for over a year (how time flies by) but as we had occasion to stop in Lindfield on the way to Borde Hill Gardens we popped in for coffee at FIKA. The coffee bar is apparently...under new management and whilst the new owners were clearly still settling in (lots of unhung paintings everywhere) the coffee was still very good. I am sure that we shall visit again in the future.
Unable to find this coffee bar on Trip Advisor but the cafe deserves a mention for its excellent coffee and pleasant surroundings, Located in the high street it faces stiff competition from other coffee shops (which I have still to try) but I would certainly...recommend to the thirsty traveller.
