The White Horse Inn - Mid Suffolk

The staff at this restaurant were fantastic and went above and beyond to accommodate us. However, we were disappointed by the poor quality of the food. The ribs were tough and the red mullet had a strange texture. It's a shame that the wonderful staff were overshadowed by the subpar food.

The breakfast options are fantastic with generous portions and perfectly cooked poached eggs. The restaurant offers great value and uses locally sourced ingredients.

I made a reservation for six people on the same day and informed the restaurant staff about a food allergy in our group. They assured me it would not be a problem. Upon arrival, the restaurant was busy but we were seated promptly. When we placed our orders, they inquired about the food allergy and reassured us that the chosen dish was safe. My son requested to omit coleslaw and mayonnaise from his burger and was offered alternative options, eventually settling on baked beans. The staff was attentive and we all enjoyed a delicious meal. I couldn't find any faults and will definitely be returning soon!

Stopped for a meal, food was lovely and service was great. One of the few places that still serves food later on a Sunday night.

Eaten here today food ok chips very bad looked and tasted liked they had been cooked many times staff didn’t ask how meal was ,so they must think they are too good ! Sadly not ,to full of themselves!
