Diners are left wishing for consistency in both food enjoyment and customer service. A visit here may be a gamble, depending on timing and luck.
All tables FILTHY All waste bins OVERFLOWING Both ordering terminals UNABLE TO PRINT RECEIPT TOILETS DISGUSTING, 1cm water ?? all over gents toilet floor. Reported this to team leader KLARA and realised she was the main problem. Claimed not to know about TOILETS but she would get someone to look at them as soon as I can . Very condescending and surly response. Trouble is, if this is the state of the public areas whatever is the food prep area like. AVOID AVOID AVOID until someone capable takes over. All the above at 14:20 on 9 October 2021. The local authority should inspect and close them down.
The burgers at this restaurant are delicious, made with fresh ingredients including gherkin and ketchup. The fries were also hot and fresh. The staff was friendly and attentive.
The interior of the restaurant is clean, but the exterior car park and entrance are quite dirty. It is surprising that the staff working here can take pride in their job when faced with this sight every morning. Additionally, there is no indication of when the restaurant is open, as it is not clearly displayed anywhere.
The food was delicious, but we were shocked by the extreme rudeness of the male employee wearing a hoop earring and the female employee with black hair parted down the middle. I expect better service and respect from restaurant staff. This behavior was completely unexpected and disappointing.
Poor service. Fast food delivered as slow as possible. The poor members of staff that were on shift had the arduous task of keeping things moving. Burger King as a compnay should be disgusted with themselves for running an outlet I. Such a poor man or. As always companies are using COVID to reduce staff and give a poor service and think this is acceptable. The computer order system is too slow and worh only 2 terminals and people not familiar with tech it takes far too long.
