What Anonym dislikes about Wedges:

Lovely fresh sandwiches but when they refused payment with our Scottish £20 note the whole experience turned sour. We've never come across this in all the years we've been coming to Devon and as we only had Scottish notes it was either give us our...food free or take the note which we pointed out states the promise to pay the bearer twenty pounds sterling Of course the note was accepted and the full change given. I visited Wedge for the first time since the new owner took over and I was impressed with the changes. The cafe has undergone a massive transformation in its decor and ambiance, and the friendly welcome and relaxed atmosphere made me feel right at home. The improved brand has really elevated the dining experience to a 5-star level. The chef cooked the food to perfection and the service was quick. I highly recommend a visit to Wedge if you're in the area.

A wonderful fully cooked English breakfast two for just £10! and it came very fast! we are both very tired parents and could not wait for a cooked meal and hot coffee. they were very accommodating for our baby and they made space for a child car. I felt very quiet my baby in the front and the ladies who worked there were very friendly and helpful and they even had milk, as we both thank them so much! we come back!

Fantastic choice of quality food. Friendly service. More than just a sandwich shop. The lasagne is to die for. I will be booking a corporate smörgåsbord for Christmas for sure.

You can always expect a warm, friendly welcome, great atmosphere, and delicious food at Wedges in Crediton. It's the place to be!

Really nice place for lunch. The lady who served us was really helpful and friendly. Had an amazing baguette and they made my son a sandwich that wasn't on the menu. Would happily go back.
