I decided to order a hot chocolate to warm up, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. They made me feel comfortable during a vulnerable moment, and I highly recommend this branch because of their excellent service. The hot chocolate was tasty, and now I'm enjoying a mint tea in the cozy atmosphere on this cold winter night.

I never used to be a fan of this chain, but this branch changed my mind! There's usually a free table whenever I visit but there's healthy competition for the tucked away seating area. I love that they'll refill any reusable cup, not just own brand if you want to takeaway. They usually have some sort of cheap fundraiser going on and are a real asset to the town.
