Just slamming down drinks with an attitude is not welcoming and unfriendly. This is the second time I've had a problem at this Costa, and there won't be a third.

Really great coffee, I like my cappo extra hot with sweetners before the foam...who wants a whole undissolved sweetner.Nothing was too much trouble. Very calming experience and would recommend.

When I went for breakfast with my son, we found that there were only sugary treats and cakes available, with no real food options. This has been the case for the past 5 months. The service was also very slow, but I suspect that the server may have been new, so it's understandable. Sadly, I think the quality of Costa's food is declining.
