We had a warm reception, and the service was prompt and friendly. There was a choice of two meats (or both and a vegetarian option. Sunday lunch was served quickly and was extremely plentiful (lots of happy paddlers! . The back of the pub looks out over their pretty gardens. Definitely will visit again! Service: 5

Unfortunately, the accommodations at the hotel do... read more The restaurant has a lovely setting, a fantastic outdoor seating area, delicious food, and a welcoming staff. Unfortunately, the accommodations at the hotel do not meet the same standards. The rooms are outdated, in need of a thorough cleaning, and the mattresses are uneven and uncomfortable. It is disappointing considering the price of the rooms.
