The Jerk Chicken dinner is the Best. I ordered the all white meat. Cool Runnings version of Jerk Sauce has so many layers of flavor with just the right amount of heat. Ask for BBQ Sauce on the side also! The rice and beans were so good I had to ask for a separate small portion to take home along with my leftover Jerk Chicken ! The portions of dinners are more than enough! You WILL have leftovers. The decor is very island, music would have been nice especially reggae or something similar to set the mood. Though space is limited the tropical drinks (most of which have rum would go great with a hot summers day on the open air covered patio! Or at the spacious bar. Particularly, I ordered the Blue Mother F er it 's the perfect version of a tropical long island ice tea (NO sweet and sour which paired perfectly with thier Jerk Sauce!!! The cinnamon fried plantain that comes with the meal gave a nice sweetness to the meal and the bread slice allowed to clean the palate for more flavors to be experienced. I look forward to returning to this unique culinary experience tucked away in MC s NE corner of town. Afterwards you can walk off you a meal quarter a mile away at Blue Chip Casino or at the beach if Lake Michigan that has a Zoo and a park with Marina. ENJOY!!!
