I've never seen such a bad dunkie. Employees have little to no training, latte machine breaks too much, and much to suppress. I have to give him a star. Terrible.

Over the past few months the quality goes on the hill. Not sure if they have changed management, but definitely not the same.

Absolute NO-Training seems to take place in the recruitment process, no instructions on how to make a Dang coffee right. Every time I buy something, it is wrong, and it is usually the same drink!!! You do not fill cups, so you actually pay for a larger size and do not get it. It does not seem that a single employee takes his job seriously, and that is a problem when people are for a good order and good service. This special place, you also don't get. Something has to be done with the staff insofar as they operate their branch so that paying customers can get what they demand. It's not a rocket science to make a coffee...

I used to come here every morning for my iced coffee, very rarely was it wrong. Now there?s a completely new staff who are undertrained unpleasant. I went from going 5-6 days a week to maybe 3 times a MONTH going KNOWING my order will be messed up. If they give you the incorrect order you tell them, they respond like you are inconveniencing them. I?ve ordered 1 sprinkled donut shooed out of the window with 2 glazed donuts. I?ve received bagels with barely any cream cheese probably could have had a better toasting from the sun! My ice coffee is never made to order watered down with barely any ice. I really wish the old staff with Nicole as manager would come back.

Horrible service on 11/9/20 at 9:15 am. In the middle of choosing our dozen donuts, this employee very rudely (Not in a nice, helpful way, but letting us know we were bothering her by choosing our donuts) asked if we wanted to have her just mix them. When I asked what the filling was in the vanilla cream (custard vs whipped cream), she snapped, I have no idea! So, she finally gives us our donuts, then like five minutes later we 're still standing there, and she comes back over, and asks in a really snippy, unfriendly way, Do you need something? Yes, we 're waiting for the latte I ordered. She rolls her eyes and goes over and makes it. This girl should not be working the register.
