When we walked in, the employees were talking to each other and ignored us until we asked if there was anyone working. Then the young woman who took our order entered the wrong item, and she told us that once it's entered, it couldn't bedeleted, and we had to buy that. I don't know if that's laziness or incompetence, but it's ridiculous. On top of that, the men'sbathroom was revolting. We walked out and went to another location.
